Letters In Motion Book

This typography book was created entirely through custom code, showcasing the seamless integration of design and computational methods. Utilizing the typeface Castle Rocks by Java Pep, the book explores the concept of motion by employing repeating letterforms. A low-opacity layer is placed over each repetition, creating a visual echo effect that generates a strong sense of movement across the page. The final design is intended to compel viewers to slow down and actively consider the motion and fluidity within the typographic arrangement.

Ground Floor Website

This full-service website was coded in a collaborative effort with Baker Loften for the student-run coffee shop at John Brown University. Following the brand guidelines designed by Glennie Medlin, the site captures the heart and mission of the shop. Its functionality is twofold: it allows customers to view the menu, learn about the shop, and place bulk orders, while simultaneously providing managers with a secure interface to review orders and update the menu. This website was coded in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
